Effective November 7, 2026
This policy explains what Arena's Restaurants collects through arenasdeliandbar.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this website, we collect what you enter:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the location you want to reach and your comments.
- Catering form: the location, your name, address, phone number and email address, and your event details, such as the date, number of guests, pickup or delivery, event type and any notes.
- Job application: your name, phone number, email address, past jobs and references, availability, the position and locations you want, anything else you tell us, and your resume if you attach one.
- Band info form: the name of your act, the number of musicians, a contact name, phone number and email address, a link to your website or social media, any photos or bio you upload, and your notes.
- Mailing list: your name and email address.
Form entries are stored on our website and emailed to the Arena's staff who handle them.
When you browse the site, we also learn how it is used: the pages viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location at the city level, and your type of device and browser. Like every website, our host receives your IP address, and our site keeps a record of broken and redirected links, including IP addresses, for 30 days so we can fix them.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your request: to reply to your message, plan your catering order, review your job application or talk with you about playing at Arena's. If you join our mailing list, we send you emails about specials, live music, seasonal events and the Hall of Foam. We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We use what we learn about browsing to see what visitors look for and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
- The Arena's managers and staff who handle your request. Catering requests go to the location you choose, job applications go to the managers who do the hiring, and band submissions go to the people who book our live music.
- The service providers that run this website for us, such as our website host, our email service, our spam protection service and Google Analytics, only so they can provide those services.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with, such as in response to a court order.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. We don't send what you type into a form to Google.
Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored by your browser, to tell one visit from the next. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.
Instagram, Facebook and spam protection
Our location pages show posts from our Instagram accounts, and our Happenings page shows our Facebook pages. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. When these load, Meta (the company behind Instagram and Facebook) and Cloudflare receive your IP address and basic details about your browser, and Meta may set its own cookies, as described in their privacy policies.
Tracking across websites and Do Not Track
Google, and Meta through the Instagram and Facebook posts on our pages, may collect information about your use of this website over time and combine it with information from other websites that use their services. Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so this website does not change how it works when it receives one. You can still block cookies as described above.
Your choices
To see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email info@arenasdeli.com or send us a message through our Contact page. To leave our mailing list, contact us the same way and we will remove you.
Ordering, gift cards and other websites
Online ordering, gift cards and our rewards program are handled by Toast on its website, and our merchandise store is run by Big Cartel. Information you give them is covered by their own privacy policies. Our pages also link to other websites, such as Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook, which have their own privacy policies too.
Security
Every page of this website uses an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, so please don't send sensitive details, such as bank account or Social Security numbers, through our forms.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
